When you submit your bug report, it is entered into our database for tracking purposes. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem is assigned to an appropriate developer.

On this page we used to have a nice fill-in form.  But the realities of living in the same world as worldwide junk-mailers forced us to do away with it.  It's unbelievable but web-bots now run around looking for forms to fill in to send us junk mail.  What a world!

In reporting a problem please include:

bulletYour name!  This is important so we can look you up in the registration database.
bulletThe version of HCA you are using and if it is Standard, Plus, or Pro
bulletWhat Windows OS you are using
bulletA lot of information about the problem.  The first thing we do is to try and recreate the problem so we really need a "cookbook like recipe" to follow.  If you think we will need your file please send it along as a binary attachment to your email.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

Since we are going to reply to your email PLEASE make sure that we can send you email and get past your junk mail system.  If you don't get an answer within 72 hours, please email again and include a telephone number as perhaps we replied but, for any number of reasons, the mail didn't get to you.

We really do try and reply to your emails quickly but sometimes it takes a day or so.  If it seems to be taking a long time please resend your email as sometimes our junk mail filters get in the way.
