7.1 New function
================

1. Major rework in 1132CU schedule downloads.  Better use and function of
   downloaded memory.

2. In "next scheduled events" display, schedule entries that are suspended are
   so marked.

3. Updated UPB device support to cover all currently released UPB products.

4. Added support for RCS UPB thermostat.

5. Expanded automation Device object thermostat method.

6. Changed "Linking" tab for Insteon controllers to provide for linking so HCA 
   can receive commands from the keypad and also to provide linking so that
   HCA can control the button LEDs.

7. Changed HCA Object GetModificationTime method to return a I4 value.

8. Added a "Group" tab to device and controller property sheets.  You can add or
   remove the device/controller to groups with this tab.  This should make
   managing groups simpler.

9. Now can drag devices & controllers and drop onto a group name or icon to
   add them as members.

10. Protocol bridges.  New feature to allow simple control of devices from
    one protocol (X10, Insteon, UPB) with transmitters on another protocol.
    A new appendix describes this feature.  See a16_Bridge.pdf

11. Added _IsEven and _IsOdd functions to the expression language.  Also added the
    integer division operator "\"

12. Communications Monitor improved to show more interactions between the
    computer and the interface when "Raw" mode is enabled.

13. Better support for keeping icon state correct for devices that both
    have a keypad and also control an attached load (that is, the KeypadLinc).
    See the "Options" tab for controllers for the new options.

14. Improved Visual Programmer ON element to allow control of UPB keypad
    LEDs and Insteon KeypadLinc LEDs

15. Improved Visual Programmer Test element to allow testing of UPB keypad
    LEDs, Insteon KeypadLinc button LEDs, and UPB input sense module inputs.

16. Added _HeatSetpoint and _CoolSetpoint functions to expression language

17. Added optional 2nd argument to _IsDim function that, like _IsOn and _IsOff
    controls if a status poll is sent


7.1 Bug Fixes
=============

1. Change in UPB PIM Initialization in use of the options byte (0x70)

2. New registry setting ForceAutoSave

3. Prevent crash in Alert boxes with "I don't understand".

4. Fix memory leak in object edit

5. Programs that change their icon would not correctly update the
   design pane icon to show running or not.

6. Programs that create text displays always had the "include in
   auto display" setting cleared when the program wrote to that text display.
   Now changed to preserve that setting.

7. The system menu method to change the filter in the log viewer was not
   working.

8. HCA.Devices object SupportsDim method was not returning correct values

9. Crash problem in X10 trigger dialog fixed.

10. In the VP Suspend and Resume elements Insteon controllers that control a 
    load were not listed.  Now are.

11. Problem in UPB import where the device was previously imported then moved
    to another folder.  Now the import just updates the device and leaves it where 
    it is in the folder hierarchy.

12. Devices added using the Generic UPB device or Controller are now no longer touched
    by UPB import "delete when not matched" option.

13. Vertical bar "|" is now an illegal character in names.

14. Fixed problem with icon dragging in display pane if a scroll bar is present
