Release 9.0 Build 70

This build corrects these issues:

If you change the home mode, the tray icon didn't always change to show the correct state.
A new installation may have encountered a problem on the first device added. The "Type" step in the wizard could act oddly. A popup "Parameter error" may display. It has to do with a mistake in the parts file although the type tab should have been implemented better.
Support for the Insteon 1-input / 1-output IOLinc didn't work correctly. If you tried to test the input or output status in a program test element it is a mess. The UI was wrong and the implementation on getting the status and processing the reply was wrong.
If you swap the PowerLinc using the PowerLinc Swap Tool, all the links get reprogrammed correctly but the names for HCA initiated scenes get lost.
A problem with HCA support for older UPB keypads that tracked their LEDs by a "group" mechanism resulted in HCA not keepting its internal state up to date. This could show incorrect LEDs in the web interface.
A problem with some scenes could result in HCA not tracking the effected deveices state correctly has been resolved.
Many issues with the UPB Keypad Light Dimmer have been corrected.
The Expression Builder for The _DimPercent and _DimLevel functions didn't correctly show the the optional second parameter. The _HeatSetpoint and _CoolSetpoint functions were omitted completly.
The _DimLevel and _DimPercent functions weren't correctly processing the optional second argument
The Email Test button now sends to the "To" name if supplied and the "From" name if the "To" is not supplied
A small problem in the Standard parts file has been resolved
The Sample MyHome didn't correctly reference the text scripts
In Insteon Device Replace, HCA could have problems programming if the old and the new devices weren't the same V1/V2 version. Now corrected.
Insteon Device Replace didn't update any triggers that used the old address to use the new address.
Displays with picture backgrounds now have a right-click option that turns on and off the icon labels.

I seem to be having an issue with my Scheduled events, all the night lights turn on okay, but some times most of them will not turn off in the morning. The computer Icons show them still "ON" and the Logger never shows it sent an "off Comand at Sunrise" If I send an "OFF" command from the computer (HCA9.0-70), they all turn off.
Any Suggestion? It happened before, but I thought it was just because I restarted it missed, but this time I did not do anything and it missed both Saturday and Sunday.
All Insteon Devices
