With the release of version 9, we found a problem with the registration key generator. A block of keys was duplicated by mistake. To verify that you are correctly registered, please go here:

Enter your registration key and if the information isn’t for you then please contact HCA tech support and we will get you a new registration code for your V9 installation.

Also, if you get an error that says your key has not yet been registered, please take your key and complete the online registration. It is very important that you do this as you will need to be in the database to get the next version 9 point release.
