Trying to send an SMS

I am trying to send an SMS with the email element but cannot. I go into the email properties in VP, Send via SMS, Set SMS Options, select my carrier and type in my phone number. I click ok and validate. No errors. Now if I go right back into the email element my number I just typed is missing from SMS Options and the text will not send.

Ideas?

Oops, I think I typed too soon. I haven't set up the defaults in HCA properties yet. How about a hint or a popup asking to double check if you set up the properties yet when you click validate?

Hi, this is a good suggestion and certainly a gotcha that others may encounter too. We will look at putting a hint here and also maybe a message box if the default properties have not been set.
