Dimming problem

I have two basic X-10 lamp modules that HCA can't seem to dim. Smarthome 2000SH and Powerhouse LM465. I believe I've tried every Type and every Option available in HCA. If I use a manual controller/keypad they work fine. Anyone have a suggestion other than replace them? They are in outlets that are in a lacation where there isn't enough room for a larger/replacement module.

What PLC are you using? If you are using a Smarthome Insteon/X10 PLC, then dimming on X-10 doesn't work so swuft. Not HCA's fault, its the PLC if it's an Insteon/X10 combo from SH
