This build corrects these issues:
A problem with DIM and Bright commands when sent by the CM15 was resolved.
Receptions for Wireless "security" sensors would always create log entries regardless of the log settings for the device. Now it will not log if the log settings request that.
Some issues when opening serial ports greater than COM9 have been resolved.
A quick start wizard problem that could result in a crash has been resolved.
Problems connecting to the CM15 would be reported as an "unknown" interface. Now corrected.
A problem in the X10 trigger dialog when selecting the address of a device ith multiple units has been resolved.
A change was made in handling of Insteon NAK reports that may improve linking database reading when NAKs happen.
A problem opening USB interfaces on some versions of Windows has been corrected.
A crash could occur if a USB device was connected or disconnected when HCA was running but no file was loaded. This has been fixed.
It is now possible to set the web server timeout to zero which implies no timeout.
