I can't get the WEB Server in Build 111 to run (or stay running). Worked previously. If I go to the WEB properties page, it indicates the server is not running. I start it, display says it running, but if I hit OK, then come back to the properties page, it shows a not running again. Any thoughts?

hey there.
nothing has been changed in the web server or its interface. do you think something else might have changed?
can you go back to a know good (for you) release and verify that the web server is working and that an install broke it?
thanks...bob

Last known good release was build 87. I will reinstall and see what happens. I will post back the results.

Update:
An installation of Build 87 was going to be a BIG job, so I gave reinstalling Build 111 a try. This seems to have taken care of my issue.
Thanks for the reply!

I tried updating to 9.1.111 from 9.0 and got the same results, the web server would not start. Reinstalled 9.0 and it all worked.
Is there a version release notes somewhere? I looked in the download page....
I would like to try again, but before I spend the time it would be nice to know what the point update fixed.

I had the same problem and went back to 9.0 to fix. The web application program itself was missing after I installed 9.1. Maybe a bug in the installation program? Anyway, I just upgraded to 10 and the web application works fine..

I also had the same problem - I restored the web app from backup and it worked fine, although it took me longer than it should have to figure out that the app was totally gone - I would have expected some sort of error message, but all I got was that the app started and kept stopping (from HCA's perspective).
