When the wind speed is 0, the METAR client uses a value of "Calm" which, is not an allowable value in the VP. Is there any way to define "Calm" as "0"?
I've got a fountain in the lake behind my house and I use HCA to turn it on if the wind speed is less than 5 MPH and quite often, especially in the early morning, there will be no wind and the fountain will be "off" when I would prefer it to be "on".
