Saw this earlier today and instantly thought of HCA... After I balance out my checking account tonight, I may just have to go pick one up. This would make for a great small HCA touch control using the Android interface for the house.

Kmart has posted a “weekly circular” that lists (http://kmart.shoplocal.com/kmart/default.aspx?action=browsepagedetail&storeid=2421202&rapid=941196&pagenumber=1&listingid=-2086512612) a 7-inch Android tablet produced by a small, Florida-based company named Augen (http://www.augenus.com/) for $149.99 ($20 off the MSRP). The GENTOUCH78 (http://www.augenus.com/indexhome.html/GENTOUCH.html) features Android 2.1 (with Android Market), an 800×480 TFT touchscreen, 800Mhz processor, 2 GB of RAM, SD/MMC card slot, Wi-Fi, support for e-Books (PDF, E-PUB, HTML), and can handle music and video files for playback up to 720p. Really, it’s not a bad deal — and it’s something you wouldn’t mind tossing to kids or taking on road-trips.Source (http://www.ehomeupgrade.com/2010/07/27/kmart-to-sell-augens-7-inch-android-tablet-for-around-150/)
