Daylight saving time has started (or ended) and my computer's clock didn't change. Can't the time be automatically changed for me?

In the Windows Control Panel, Date/Time applet on the Time Zone tab is a checkbox to enable Windows to make Daylight Saving Time clock changes. If this is enabled, HCA will respond to the clock change when Windows makes the change at the start and end of daylight saving time.
