HCA can link devices together without using manual linking. HCA contains a tool called the Visual Scene Editor just for Insteon devices.
This is a large topic and we added a whole chapter on this in the User Guide. We know that no one likes to read documentation but we promise that it will be a quick read in clear English and using as little technical jargon as possible.
