This forum is only for HCA Icon Theme Packs. With the release of HCA version 9 there were a new set of icons created for the program and the ability to have icon themes. For information on creating an icon theme, please read the Making your own icons & Icon Themes Technical Note.

Please be as descriptive as possible when you create your thread for your theme and package the entire theme including all bmp files and the Theme.txt file into a zip archive.

HCA ships with 4 different themes. An older icon set, and then three sets of the same icons in different sizes.

It is very simple to add new icons to an existing there just by placing it in the theme folder. As such most users don’t create a whole new icon set, they just modify or add new icons to the theme.

Creation of icons is, however, not easy unless you are a graphic artist or have some artistic abilities. The HCA developers don't have those skills so we use an outside graphics artist.
