Point Upgrade

If you are using HCA 9 and would like to upgrade to HCA 10, all information is here in the Existing User Pricing section.

Registered HCA users can easily get the information needed to download the current version and point upgrade. If you have not completed the HCA Registration, you can do so now and upgrade instantly.

To get the download instructions you will need to enter the unique five-part registration code for your program. This can be found:

On some versions of HCA the 5-part code is in the dialog shown when you select Technical Support from the Help menu and a button to copy it to the clipboard for pasting into this form.
If you purchased HCA via download, it was in the email your received with download instructions.
If you purchased HCA on a CD, the code is on a sticker affixed to the disk packaging.

If you do not have your registration code, or you receive an error after completing the form, please contact Technical Support with details of your registration code. Include where and when your copy of HCA was purchased.

HCA 10 users:

The most current release is 10.0 build 16. If you have any version of HCA 10 you are entitled to a no-cost download of this point version. Just enter your V10 registration code below and press the submit button. You will receive download instructions and the password needed.

NOTE: If you upgraded from an earilier version of HCA you received a new registration code in the upgrade information and instructions to register online. If you never did the online registration using that code you will be unable to receive the correct download instructions for the current point upgrade. If this is the case then please register now.

HCA 9 users:

The most current release is 9.1 build 111. If you have any version of HCA 9 you are entitled to a no-cost download of this point version. Just enter your V9 registration code below and press the submit button. You will receive download instructions and the password needed.
