Self Service Upgrade

If you are a registered HCA user you can easily get the information you need to download the current version.

To do this you will need to enter the unique five-part registration code for your software. This can be found:

	On some versions of HCA the 5-part code is in the dialog shown when you select Technical Support from the Help menu and a button to copy it to the clipboard for pasting into this form.
	If you purchased HCA via download, it was in the email your received with download instructions.
	If you purchased HCA on a CD, the code is on a sticker affixed to the disk packaging.

Once you fill out the form and press the submit button your registration is located in the database and download instructions generated.

If you have not registered your copy of HCA, you must do so. Registration is done here.

If you don't have your registration code, or you receive an error after you press the Submit button, please contact technical support and they will help sort it out.

HCA 7 users:
The most current release is 7.1 If you have any version of HCA 7 you are entitled to a no-cost download of HCA 7.1. Just enter your V7 registration code below and press the submit button. You will receive download instructions and the password needed.

HCA 8 users:
The most current release is 8.0. There is no point release available at this time.

NOTE: If you upgraded from version 7 to version87 you received a new registration code in the upgrade info and instructions to register online. If you never did the online registration using that code you will be unable to receive the correct download instructions for the current point upgrade.
