All these may have answers on the HCA User to User Forum.  It's simple to register, simple to use, and simple to poke around and see what's posted.

Two important notes...

The User to User Forum is not a substitute for Technical Support!  If you are having problems with a HCA feature we do hope you look around the forum and see if you can find an answer - just like we hope you at least glance at the User Guide.  But you can always send email to technical support if you want as we are here to help you.
